GENERAL:- Commissions are for Personal Use ONLY; unless Monetized Content and/or Commercial Merchandising rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I can’t properly portray.PAYMENT:- Once I accept your order, I will start the sketch and you will be able to make Full Payment beforehand or after the sketch is approved. Next stage of your order will begin once the payment it’s been done.- Payments are done through bank transfer (MX) or PayPal (USD).- Additional Characters, special Backgrounds, complicated designs and similar requests may result in additional fees.- Commercial use such as Monetized Content or Merchandising use will cost 100% of the commission’s price.ORDER STAGE- Please provide a complete and concise description to assure a smoother transaction.- Please provide me with a complied Pinterest Board/ Google Drive Link/ Document with every information and detail needed for the commission. This includes character references, poses, clothing details/references, mood setting, etc. This will help in giving a more precise reference for your order, avoiding complications during revisions and communication.TIME:- The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to one week (business days).- The estimated delivery time of the final product can go from one month (business days) up to 3 months depending on my own workload, complexity of the order, the waiting list, or external factors that may cause delay.- Working time may take longer if there is any urgent matter. I will inform you beforehand and any information will be announced on my social media.- If you require your Comission to be done on a specific time frame, you must inform me when placing the order.CHANGES:- During sketch period- maximum of 3 revisions.- During flat color application - maximum of 2 color revisions.- Once we reach rendering phase - maximum 1 final revision.- Major revisions will require additional fees depending on the complexity and type of revisions (i.e change of pose, addition of major details,) during the final rendering phase.REFUNDS:A refund will only be made if the sketch was delivered and at that time it is decided not to continue with the process. Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with the final product, there will be no refund. Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is submitted.

Details:- Canvas size may vary depending on body sections, but will always start from 2000px x 2000px-You will receive the final product via Google Drive Link. Format by default will be PNG (with or without transparency will be determined by the background of your choice when placing the order).
